Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original BlueWood packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the packing slip is included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
